Create an account and/or login in to submit a referral for Education Support Services.
Education Support Services (ESS) provides voluntary academic support for students and their families/caregivers. ESS provides academic support, mentorship, tutoring, GED preparation, and credit recovery to help students achieve their educational goals and become lifelong learners.
Services are currently provided virtually and in person, and are available in English, Hmong, Somali, and Spanish.

What to expect:

1. Follow the prompts to create an account. Once you create an account, you will have this account to refer students to ESS as long as you are employed with your current contracted agency. Inactive accounts will be deleted after 6 months.
2. If you already have an account, login to complete a referral.
3. When completing the referral, makes sure to select all services you are interested in. Please provide as much information as possible, including time-sensitive considerations.
4. Once the referral is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and the student will be added to the waitlist, if there is one at the time of submission.
5. When the student is assigned to an Education Support Specialist, you will receive an email confirming assignment. The Specialist will then reach out to you as the referring worker before connecting with the family.
